Responsibilities
Organizing Employee Records: Keep our physical and digital employee files up-to-date, making sure all records are accurate and easily accessible
Deductions and Benefits Tracking: You’ll play a key role in reviewing and entering employee deductions and monitoring senior benefits
Managing Policy Changes: Help coordinate and implement policy and procedure updates, ensuring all changes are reflected accurately and distributed
Supporting the Team: Greet guests, applicants, and employees with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Onboarding Assistance: Assist in preparing new employee welcome packets, handling forms, and ensuring smooth transitions for new hires
A Key Point of Contact: Answer phone calls with poise and professionalism, directing inquiries to the right person quickly and efficiently
