Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Dynamics 365 Contact Center solutions

Guide clients from pre-sales through implementation via workshops, demos, and solution roadmaps

Design and implement conversational AI using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Azure AI services

Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, cloud-native solutions

Build and optimize intent-driven, multi-turn conversational experiences

Leverage generative AI (e.g., Copilot, GPT, Gemini, LLaMA) to enhance customer engagement

Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability across Azure and Power Platform

Provide thought leadership on AI strategy and contact center modernization
