Responsibilities
Maintain and update detailed equipment information in the equipment database as well as physical licensing files
Assist in new equipment onboarding requirements
Assist in identifying equipment to be sold
Provide invoices and necessary documents to buyers of sale equipment
Work with equipment purchasing groups and auction houses on sale of retired equipment and follow up on payment, documentation and delivery of sold equipment
Update sold equipment in databases
Qualification
Required
Strong organization skills
High aptitude for technology
The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented
Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
Moderate proficiency in Microsoft office applications
Preferred
An Associates or Bachelor's Degree, preferred but not required
