Responsibilities

Own the design and evolution of CI/CD pipelines
Manage and automate cloud infrastructure with AWS
Maintain internal packages and dev tools to help Accelerate our core Engineers
Implement monitoring and alerting systems that protect uptime
Partner with Engineers to refine deployment processes and system performance

Required

5+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience
Hands-on scaling expertise with core AWS features (VPC, CloudWatch, S3, RDS, ECS, Lambda, etc.)
Proficiency in scripting (NodeJS, Python, Bash)
Ability to balance urgency with systems thinking — solving problems quickly while ensuring long-term resilience
Integrity, energy, and curiosity to take ownership of complex challenges
A collaborative mindset, knowing the best work is done together
