Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Prescott and Cottonwood locations
Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all PC hardware and equipment
Ensure optimal workstation performance
Configuration, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network printers and multifunction devices
Troubleshoot and provide audio and visual support for events
Work in person, remotely, by telephone, or via e-mail in a timely and accurate fashion

Qualification

Required

2 to 3 years of experience as an IT Technician or similar role including hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Experience with Active Directory specifically user and group management
iPhone and iPad troubleshooting experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between Prescott and Cottonwood locations

Preferred

ServiceNow Experience
Microsoft Software Center Console Management (SSCM)
Familiarity with enterprise Applications, including: Microsoft M365 (SharePoint, Teams)
RSA SecurID Microsoft Authenticator Microsoft
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
