Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for the design, development, and optimization of enterprise IT systems and platforms
Analyze, select, implement, and enhance enterprise systems and application software
Support network hardware/software installation, configuration, and optimization
Oversee database management and system integration efforts
Ensure infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency, scalability, and platform compatibility
Lead efforts to protect company data, tools, and information systems , ensuring compliance with security standards
Coordinate delivery of IT services to business user groups and ensure uninterrupted service availability
Act as a subject matter expert, applying deep knowledge of system characteristics to real-world business use cases
Provide guidance and oversight to technical resources to ensure effective execution and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in enterprise IT architecture and systems design
Hands-on knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, and platforms
Experience with networking technologies, databases, and system integrations
Ability to define and enforce infrastructure and architecture standards
Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
Experience supporting mission-critical systems with high availability requirements
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise analytics or engineering environments
Familiarity with data platforms, reporting systems, or large-scale enterprise environments
Prior experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or high-tech industries (preferred but not required)
