They are seeking a Federal Work Study Student Worker III to provide administrative support, coordinate meetings, and assist in professional development initiatives.

Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Professional Development and the team
Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and calendars across multiple campuses and time zones
Maintain organized digital files, documents, and shared drives
Assist with preparing professional development materials, agendas, slide decks, and session resources
Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and timeliness
Ensure accurate data entry, record-keeping, and reporting in Salesforce and Google Workspace
Support planning, execution, and monitoring of professional development initiatives and events
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure seamless operations
Assist in cross-team coordination between Professional Development, Instruction, Career Services, and other departments
Compile feedback, track outcomes, and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of programming
Help create visually engaging content and communication assets using Canva (flyers, infographics, presentations)
Qualification
Required
Must be an enrolled student at DeVry University
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be a current student in good standing and possess a GPA of 2.0 or higher
Must be enrolled in a minimum of six credits per semester
FWS fund eligible
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed, motivated individuals
People who sit around, waiting to be told what to do will not do well in this environment
