Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle Accounts Receivable , including billing, collections, and reconciliations
Accurately process incoming payments and maintain customer account records
Utilize QuickBooks (Pro strongly preferred) to manage AR functions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
Provide backup support to Accounts Payable ; cross‑training included for team coverage
Assist with process improvements and uphold a high standard of accuracy and professionalism
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
Ability to manage AR responsibilities confidently with minimal oversight
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
QuickBooks Pro preferred
Experience or exposure to Accounts Payable is a plus
