Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end Salesforce architecture for enterprise applications and integrations
Design scalable solutions across Salesforce platforms ensuring performance, security, and best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and technical teams to define architecture and solution design
Provide architectural guidance on Salesforce configuration, customization, and development standards
Support integration architecture between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools
Participate in design reviews, technical documentation, and delivery planning
Mentor development teams and ensure best practices are followed across implementation
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect in large enterprise environments
Expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and platform best practices
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with managers and stakeholders
Ability to work hybrid from Dallas/Plano, Atlanta, or Middletown NJ
Preferred
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect / System Architect / CTA
