Responsibilities
Ensure successful delivery of assigned workstreams by collaborating closely with the Implementation Team and functional teams responsible for day-to-day execution
Plan and utilize effective project management tools and processes, including recurring meeting cadence, status reporting, meeting documentation, deadline tracking, and timeline management
Collaborate with functional teams to define requirements for development and deployment of workstream deliverables
Assist the Implementation Leader in developing launch plans, monitoring implementation timelines, and managing stakeholders for individual workstreams
Liaise with functional working teams through regular touchpoints to ensure adherence to overall project timelines and objectives
Ensure clear and timely communication among functional leads, stakeholders, and external partners through email, phone, and other correspondence channels
Qualification
Required
7+ years of complex project management experience
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and project management skills
Proven success with program management, being the go-to on projects where teams were looking to you for direction & clarity
Presenting data & analysis to tell a story or influence an audience
Experience combining data from multiple sources to perform analysis and simplify and synthesize the output
Proven ability to manage effectively in a fast paced, high pressure and high visibility environment
Preferred
Experience working with agile teams and managing the work in the ecosystem is a plus (Jira, Jira Align, Miro, Confluence, MSFT Suite of products, etc.)
