Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact with respect to promotion of Litens products and solutions for new opportunities, active projects, and warranty issues, by providing direct technical and problem management support
Maintain appropriate level of technical & commercial relationship with key customer personnel, including up-to-date knowledge of customer policies
Lead discussions with customer commercial area in all business subjects & negotiations, ensuring advanced technical support when required
Provide volumes and intelligence to support bi-annual global business plan reviews
Maintain Forecast Management System and creation of New Business Opportunities (NBO) within CRM tracking system
Maintain customer expectations through routine onsite visits, reviews of RFQ and technical proposals utilizing FEAD design tools to create system layouts and simulations
Develop and expand customer relationships by creating trust and confidence in our abilities, technical knowhow, and leadership in delivering solutions and innovation
Manage the customer’s warranty procedure and product reviews
Support quality issues between the customer and the plant to maintain relationships until resolution, including FTA (8D) problem solving activities and warranty and field part reviews and data gathering
Maintain an understanding of competitive landscape and market trends
Qualification
Required
BSc in Mechanical Engineering
Must have minimum two years prior OE automotive sales experience
Must have proven business negotiation skills
Must have working knowledge of designated customer internal organization and structure
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Travel as required; maintain valid passport
