Saicon is seeking a Recruiter to support senior-level employment representatives in executing end-to-end recruiting activities. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, compliance documentation, and recruiting analytics to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities
Support senior recruiters across the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and interview scheduling
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple job families
Source candidates using web-based tools and job boards such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed , referrals, networking, and job fairs
Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and share qualified candidate pools with stakeholders
Maintain accurate recruiting documentation in compliance with EEO, state, and federal employment laws
Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc recruiting reports and metrics
Coordinate with external staffing agencies and manage vendor relationships as needed
Assist with virtual and in-person job fairs and recruiting events
Update recruiting-related content on department or career websites
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong experience with ATS platforms and recruiting databases
Hands-on experience with online sourcing tools, job boards, and social media recruiting
Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and EEO reporting
Excellent communication, interviewing, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience supporting high-volume or multi-role recruiting
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
