Sales Executive
Bandwango is a company that helps destination marketing organizations and universities attract more visitors and support local businesses. They are seeking a Sales Executive to close new business, maintain a clean CRM, and collaborate with marketing and customer teams post-sale.
Responsibilities
Close new business (5–6 figure annual contracts) with urgency and discipline
Run discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and procurement to signature
Maintain a high-integrity CRM (HubSpot): next steps, timelines, forecasting, notes
Build and execute a focused outreach plan; follow up like a pro
Collaborate with marketing and customer teams to hand off cleanly after close
Qualification
Required
A proven track record selling SaaS/tech solutions
Experience closing $10K+ annual contracts (or comparable ACV)
Relentlessly organized: you don't drop balls, and your pipeline proves it
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast changes, and figuring it out without hand-holding
Driven; a competitive spirit is good!
Preferred
Existing relationships/rolodex in DMOs and/or university admissions
