Responsibilities
Proactively walk into commercial buildings within your assigned territory
Generate your own leads through face-to-face prospecting and local market activity
Present and sell air filtration solutions to facility managers and property directors
Close recurring supply agreements that generate residual commission income
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, follow-up, and closing
Build and manage a strong local pipeline of commercial accounts
Qualification
Required
You have 2+ years of outside or field sales experience
You are comfortable with cold prospecting and door-to-door sales
You have sold in environments such as: HVAC, facility services, or commercial building products
Payment processing, merchant services, or B2B services
Telecom, ISP, energy, or business services sales
You thrive in fast-paced, results-driven roles and are self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient
You enjoy owning your territory and building something from the ground up
Preferred
Sales drive and execution matter most. Industry experience is a plus but not required
