Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP)
Design and develop SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business needs and best practices
Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA systems to meet specific business requirements, including the use of Fiori apps
Participate in testing and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4HANA issues and errors
Identify and implement process improvements within SAP S/4HANA
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SAP S/4HANA processes and configurations
Provide training to end-users on SAP S/4HANA functionality
Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Required minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP with 2 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, with a focus on Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) with a minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, configuring and using SAP Fiori apps
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, WM)
Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization, including SAP Fiori apps
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data migration and data analysis
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
SAP S/4HANA certification
Experience with SAP Fiori or other SAP technologies
Experience with Aerospace/aviation Business Process
