Obtain and manage third-party medical records
Review and analyze medical records from a case-specific perspective
Assist with preparation and review of discovery materials
Support trial preparation and attend trials as needed
Manage electronic court filings and maintain electronic case files
Utilize Microsoft Office and other business applications efficiently
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented
Organized
Experienced in litigation support, particularly in medical-related cases
Obtain and manage third-party medical records
Review and analyze medical records from a case-specific perspective
Assist with preparation and review of discovery materials
Support trial preparation and attend trials as needed
Manage electronic court filings and maintain electronic case files
Utilize Microsoft Office and other business applications efficiently
Preferred
Prior experience in medical malpractice litigation preferred
