Responsibilities

Maintain a full caseload and be fully accountable to the CAVC and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs
Conduct legal research and writing, including appellate briefs, procedural motions, and legal memoranda
Argue cases in Federal court before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims
Interact with opposing counsel from record development to negotiation of fees
Supervise law student interns and coordinate with legal assistants and clerks on case preparation and tracking

Required
