Probook is a startup looking for a driven recruiter to help build their team from the ground up. The role involves partnering with leadership to identify hiring priorities, developing sourcing strategies, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with our leadership team and recruiters to identify hiring priorities
Build and maintain a world-class pipeline of engineers, product managers, and designers from top startups and companies
Drive creative sourcing strategies: from outbound research to leveraging networks, events, and communities
Develop a strong understanding of candidate motivations and startup dynamics to identify and attract the right people
Provide a high-touch candidate experience from the very first outreach
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of sourcing experience with a proven track record of recruiting for top early-stage startups
Prior agency experience or direct startup experience in sourcing/recruiting
Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach
Highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by building in a fast-paced environment
Grit - willing to work 9-9-5
