Responsibilities
Assist the F&B and Events teams in setting up, servicing, and tearing down events at the ranch, ensuring a smooth operation for all gatherings
Provide proactive and high-quality service to guests, always exceeding their expectations
Be familiar with all function rooms and setups, ensuring each event space is properly prepared according to the requirements
Efficiently set up and break down events, making sure all equipment is handled and stored safely
Keep function rooms, storage areas, and event spaces clean and organized throughout the day
Perform routine checks of meeting rooms during breaks, ensuring everything is working properly (e.g., lighting, temperature)
Assist guests with any immediate needs and refer any further requests to supervisors or managers as necessary
Operate industrial equipment, such as vacuums and buffers, for maintaining clean and tidy event spaces
Transport supplies and equipment to multiple ranch venues, operating ranch vehicles or rangers as needed
Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures, adhering to all company policies and standards
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. safely
A valid driver's license and ability to operate ranch vehicles
Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and maintain event spaces efficiently
Clear communication skills to interact effectively with guests, co-workers, and supervisors
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Ability to resolve issues and exercise sound judgment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience with or the ability to learn to use industrial equipment, like vacuums or buffers
A professional demeanor and adherence to uniform and safety standards at all times
