Responsibilities
Lead enterprise IT finance projects from initiation through delivery
Own scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
Take over and stabilize at-risk (“red”) ERP or finance programs
Prepare and present executive-level status updates and steering committees
Manage system integrators and enforce delivery against SOWs
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of enterprise IT Project / Program Management
Finance domain experience (required)
Direct delivery experience with SAP Finance, Oracle ERP, and/or Tagetik
Experience leading multi-million-dollar ERP or financial transformations
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management
Comfortable in office-based / industrial or regulated environments
Preferred
PMP certification
Energy, manufacturing, or heavy-industry background
