Responsibilities

Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship owner for Top Suppliers, managing all operational interactions and issue resolution across field and home office teams
Develop, manage, and enforce supplier compliance programs focused on parcel performance, delivery execution, documentation accuracy, and operational standards to improve network efficiency
Identify, evaluate, and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the supply chain network, including freight optimization, backhaul opportunities, factory-direct programs, truckload utilization, and other cost-to-serve initiatives
Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify profit and margin enhancement opportunities, define value propositions, and gain alignment on execution
Develop and maintain supplier scorecards that measure operational, delivery, compliance, and financial performance; provide regular reporting and insights to management on performance versus targets
Perform analytics to evaluate freight spend, service levels, and operational performance, and partner with stakeholders to equitably share in improvement benefits
Develop, implement, and maintain supplier performance standards, including financial remediation for non-compliance; manage the vendor appeal process and determine appropriate outcomes
Support network resiliency by managing supplier-related operational disruptions and coordinating cross-functional response efforts

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field required
3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in supply chain management, logistics, or the healthcare/medical-surgical industry
Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships while driving operational and financial improvements
