Responsibilities
Administer Tableau and PowerBI servers, including installation, patching, and regression testing
Configure tools for secure access (e.g., SSL/TLS) for users and connections to SAP HANA
Integrate analytic tools to connect with SAP HANA via PKI single sign-on
Integrate and upgrade analytic tools within a sandbox environment
Perform load testing and capacity planning for Tableau and PowerBI servers
Configure and tune Tableau and PowerBI servers for optimal performance using best practices
Troubleshoot visualization tool issues with Salesforce and Microsoft support engineers
Evaluate, plan, test, and execute security patching to ensure system integrity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
6–10 years of relevant experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph (required)
Understanding of business intelligence suites (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, COGNOS)
Knowledge of relational databases and analytic object access methods (e.g., JDBC, ODBC, MDX)
Experience with reporting and analysis tools, including PowerBI, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks, Python, and R
Experience with enterprise-scale relational databases (SAP HANA preferred)
Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and scripting
Experience with Active Directory and SAML authentication configuration
Experience with SSL/TLS and PKI authentication configuration
Experience administering operational software systems
Preferred
Professional certifications in relevant technologies or platforms
