Responsibilities

Perform input for previously established procedures and/or systems
Implement firm's and department's Policies and Procedures
Assist in establishing and/or maintaining a Suppliers' List
Assist in preparing, issuing and receiving Requests For Quotation
Assist in evaluating quotations
Develop knowledge in the use of Procurement Department software
Review and process purchasing documents
Prepare/issue/maintain records of purchase orders
Learning procurement process
May process approvals for supplier invoices and maintains necessary records

Required

Current enrollment in a 4 year program in Supply Chain, Business, Technical / Engineering, Construction Management or related field program
All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations

Preferred

Preferred bachelors or masters degree in Supply Chain or Procurement
Preferred May 2027 graduates
