Responsibilities
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety performance, reporting regularly to leadership
Partner with senior leadership to embed safety considerations into business planning and operational decisions
Manage the safety budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support initiatives
Develop, roll out, and maintain comprehensive Health and Safety policies, procedures, and management systems
Conduct on-site safety audits at operational facilities and construction projects, assessing personnel, equipment, and materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HSE / Engineering or relevant
10+ years of experience managing health and safety programs in a gas processing facility, O&G, chemical, petrochemical industry
Strong analytical skills for interpreting safety data and converting metrics into actionable improvements
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective safety programs in complex industrial environments
Well versed in Process Safety Management (PSM) and other OSHA standards
