Account Manager
Rove is one of the fastest growing premium cannabis brands in the nation, and they are seeking a vibrant and self-motivated individual to join their team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will represent Rove to dispensary partners and retail customers, develop customer success strategies, and help drive business growth in Colorado.
Responsibilities
Develop customer success strategies with the marketing and sales team
Conduct cold calls and outreach to dispensaries and delivery services
Execute successful vendor days, promoting Rove’s products and brand ethos
Make recommendations to retail partners to improve promotional effectiveness
Manage event kits, visual merchandising, and promotional materials
Perform inventory counts at dispensary locations
Represent Rove’s values and mission in every customer interaction
Build and nurture long-term relationships with retail buyers and staff
Develop and meet regional sales goals and quotas
Design and implement regional marketing strategies
Stay up to date on company offerings and cannabis market trends
Handle customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and resolution
Accurately document activity using CRM systems
Demonstrate product fluency and pass on knowledge to customers
Be a team player and embody values of respect, integrity, compassion, and accountability
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends (with notice)
Lift/move up to 50 lbs and complete manual tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Vibrant, hungry, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual
Ability to work 40+ hours per week
Ability to travel within a 100-mile radius
Develop customer success strategies with the marketing and sales team

Quick learner with strong follow-through
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
