Responsibilities
Create, update, and revise Revit models and technical drawings
Coordinate 3D MEP system models (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Maintain and organize BIM/CAD digital databases
Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with engineering teams to meet project specifications
Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification
Required
College degree + 2+ years of relevant design experience
Proficiency in Revit, especially 3D modeling and family creation
Knowledge of industrial/commercial AC/DC system design
Ability to interpret project specifications and deliver complete design packages
Strong communication skills
Preferred
4+ years of engineering experience
Electrical Journeyman certification
Knowledge of protective relaying schematics
Experience with control building or communication shelter design
Hands-on electrical experience (a plus)
