Responsibilities

Develop and build an understanding of Facilities Management scope and client site management
Conduct data collection activities for an existing account in Life Sciences sector, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained
Assist with creating documents for client communications and general building communications
Develop dashboards or reports and work with operational teams to develop and refine data for client presentations and reporting
Assist with facility condition assessment, maintenance job plans, JCAP support, and facilities administration
Coordinate and develop skills in vendor management, work order management, and client relationship management
Support implementation of strategic plans to meet deliverables for the account, ensuring timely completion and successful delivery of required services
Support financial management and data collection for financial reporting
Conduct online searches and thorough research to gather relevant information for data analysis and decision-making processes
Draft requests for information and data to support operational initiatives
Complete data input and perform detailed analyses to identify trends, patterns, and key insights
Process and organize large amounts of data, information, and research in a structured manner for easy access and future reference
Communicate effectively with team members and senior management, providing regular updates on project milestones, findings, and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and assist in achieving project objectives

Required

Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in any field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think and work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines
Desire to learn more about our industry
Interest in property management
Demonstrated ability to take initiative
The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate
Permanent US work authorization required
