Responsibilities
Own and execute long-term SEO strategy for financial services, including technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and authority building
Drive sustained organic traffic growth, improved lead quality, and reduced cost-per-acquisition over time
Lead and optimize SEM, PPC, display, email, and paid social campaigns, ensuring ROI and compliance alignment
Develop and manage content strategy aligned with consumer intent in loans, credit, and debt settlement
Establish and monitor KPIs including organic growth, keyword rankings, conversion rates, CPL, ROAS, bounce rate, and funnel performance
Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing strategy with company growth objectives
Partner with compliance to ensure all marketing efforts meet regulatory and advertising standards
Analyze customer journeys and attribution data to improve the end-to-end digital experience
Prepare clear, executive-level reporting on performance, trends, and growth opportunities
Manage priorities, timelines, and budgets to ensure consistent, measurable progress
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or equivalent leadership role
Demonstrated success in SEO-driven growth for financial services, loans, credit, or debt settlement
Deep understanding of Google search algorithms, technical SEO, content strategy, and conversion optimization
Experience operating in regulated marketing environments with compliance oversight
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing performance dashboards
Working knowledge of modern web technologies and CMS platforms
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and IT teams on performance, tracking, and optimization
Preferred
Familiarity with front-end frameworks, hosting environments, and analytics implementation is a plus, not a requirement
