Assist with project planning, scheduling, and daily coordination
Track costs, quantities, and change orders
Review and maintain project documents, drawings, and RFIs
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
Support field teams with reporting, schedules, and issue resolution
Help ensure safety, quality, and compliance on all projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
1-5 years of experience in civil or site development construction
Experience with excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, and roadway or paving work
Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and schedules
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction software is a plus
