Responsibilities

Support logistics planning, transportation, and material coordination to ensure seamless delivery of equipment and goods to project sites or end users
Assist in developing and implementing logistics procedures that optimize production and distribution while reducing waste and improving cost-effectiveness
Monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules to maintain uninterrupted project support and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate the movement of materials through multiple distribution channels in compliance with internal safety and operational standards
Contribute to the preparation and review of logistics reports and documentation to track performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Support cross-functional teams, including procurement, construction, and engineering, to align logistics activities with overall project schedules and objectives
Collaborate with vendors and carriers to uphold delivery commitments while resolving any logistics issues or delays
Maintain accurate records of shipments, materials received, and goods in transit, ensuring visibility and traceability across the supply chain
Apply foundational knowledge of logistics systems, processes, and tools to execute daily operations effectively
Participate in regular reviews with supervisors and team leads to align goals and performance expectations

Required

Previous experience in logistics coordination or materials management in a project or industrial setting is beneficial
A foundational understanding of logistics principles, including inventory control, shipment tracking, and distribution planning
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in the use of logistics and supply chain systems, with the ability to analyze and act on data to support planning decisions
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to support alignment across departments and with external partners
Commitment to health, safety, and sustainability practices that reflect Worley's purpose and ambition
A growth-oriented approach with the ability to apply feedback and develop competencies through ongoing training and support
Education – High School or GED
