Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
Work with hiring managers to close positions quickly
Negotiate rates/salaries and manage offers
Maintain ATS and candidate pipeline
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of IT roles and US job market
Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, and US visas (H1B, OPT, GC)
Support change enablement through training materials, SOP updates, and stakeholder communication for the integrated platforms
