Law Practice

Responsibilities

Students deserve allies who will stand up for their rights in the face of injustice
You will have the opportunity to handle meaningful cases involving suspensions, expulsions, discrimination, bullying, academic misconduct, and unfair academic practices
You will also have the opportunity to handle serious litigation matters involving personal injury and business litigation
You will combine rigorous legal skill with purpose-driven advocacy, managing complex cases from start to finish while working in a supportive hybrid environment

Qualification

Required

Minimum of five years of civil litigation experience
Experience in education law
Experience in civil tort litigation
