Responsibilities
Execute and track project deliverables across multiple R&D workstreams
Partner with SPO and workstream leads to plan, monitor, and control project activities
Document project plans, actions, decisions, and progress for key stakeholders
Facilitate meetings (agendas, minutes, action items, follow-ups)
Map end-to-end R&D and Precision Medicine processes
Escalate risks and issues with sound judgment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing complex R&D or workforce strategy projects
Strong execution skills (follow-through, tracking, documentation)
Experience in regulated environments (pharma, biotech, medical device, FDA/USDA)
High-level understanding of R&D and product/drug development pipelines
Proficiency in Excel; ability to quickly learn Smartsheet
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's + 4 years, Master's + 2 years, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Process mapping experience
Direct background in pharma, biotech, or medical devices
