Responsibilities
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automations
Create compelling email content, including subject lines, headlines, body copy
Design and optimize email templates that engage audiences
Manage email lists and segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the ideal audience
A/B Test and analyze campaign performance providing actionable recommendations
Collaborate with account teams to ensure cohesive efforts across all channels
Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends and data privacy laws such as CCPA, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Email Marketing experience, B2B or B2C
Highly proficient in multiple email marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Klayvio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
Knowledge of email best practices such as segmentation, list management, A/B testing
Skilled in Google Analytics tracking and UTM parameters
Understanding of HTML and CSS for email design
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to produce on a tight deadline
