Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide development teams
Facilitate communication between business units, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables
Participate in the testing and validation of new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements
Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and assisting with training as needed
Qualification
Required
5 to 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting ION products in a front-office environment
Good understanding of Global Markets activities
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, FIX messages)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices
Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
