Manage day-to-day ocean import operations from origin to final delivery
Coordinate with steamship lines, overseas agents, customers, and internal teams
Prepare and review import documentation, tracking, and milestone updates
Resolve shipment issues and ensure smooth, on-time cargo flow
Maintain compliance with import regulations and company procedures
Qualification
Required
1+ years experience in international freight forwarding
Hands-on A–Z ocean import experience
Familiarity with CargoWise
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
