Responsibilities
Schedule, delegate, and review work order activities for commercial plumbing field staff in coordination with dispatch and account managers
Achieve departmental objectives and goals by effectively managing field technicians
Provide phone support to service technicians and assist in identifying solutions
Forecast and schedule plumbing equipment, tools, and materials
Train and coach technicians on commercial service plumbing techniques and best practices
Manage personnel in compliance with state laws, company policies, and maintain strong working relationships with customers, supervisors, field technicians, and internal departments
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the growth and success of the service plumbing department
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of journeyman-level commercial plumbing experience
Recent and relevant supervisory experience in commercial plumbing, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role
Above-average troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in cell phone applications, Microsoft Office, and web-based platforms
