Responsibilities
Check for new regulatory developments
Converse with stakeholders, SMEs and process partners on project plan success
Facility meetings to discuss strategy and execution. Daily in office discussions ,team meetings, Teams calls with stakeholders/process partners
Work with process partners to collect pertinent data and information
Analyze data to extract trends and actions
Format reports
Submit reports to regulatory authorities
Collaborate with industry peers through industry associations
Qualification
Required
With Bachelor's - 10+ years of experience required
With Master's - 8+ years of experience required
Degree required in science-based (math/materials/physics/chemistry)
A person who can review regulatory requirements related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) packaging waste
Detecting and understanding applicable regulations and compliance requirements
Documenting regulatory guidelines and compliance obligations
Gaining process-level understanding of regulatory impacts
Interpreting packaging waste management regulations and guidelines
Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation
Product compliance and regulatory experience required
Documentation and filing of reports
