Support Technician III
Neos Consulting Group is seeking a Support Technician III for a contract role with their client in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will provide back-end support for the client's Safety Incident Management System, performing administrative functions, user administration, and quality control tasks.

Provide back-end support for client’s Safety Incident Management System (Cority)
Perform routine administrative functions
Assist in user administration
Review and create workflows
Perform frequent quality control and troubleshooting functions
Qualification
Required
8+ years experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including quality control, user administration, workflow review and creation, and troubleshooting
8+ years experience using report-writing tools to engage with back-end databases and provide meaningful data to users of the system
Preferred
1+ year experience creating job aids and user/admin documentation for users of enterprise technology systems
3+ years experience using the Cority GX2 platform specifically
3+ years experience providing advanced and escalated technology service support
1+ year experience with Microsoft Office 365
1–3 years providing professional technical customer service to users
