Responsibilities

Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program
Oversees all aspects of projects
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
Prepares and presents reports for leadership regarding status of project/program
Working with multiple stakeholders (Stakeholder Management)
Working with different functions within team externally, providing value & moving things forward in specific projects/programs
Manage data and reporting
Assist in Beta programs/future launches, putting together surveys to assess devices/data they receive, putting together actionable insights/recommendations on data collected
Projects geared towards improving internal team processes/streamlining things

Required

4-7 years of experience with Project Management experience
Program management Experience/Skill
Intermediate knowledge of data/excel
Ability to run meetings and run various complex environments
Working with multiple stakeholders (Stakeholder Management)
Working with different functions within team externally, providing value & moving things forward in specific projects/programs
High emphasis on stakeholder piece & general project management skills
Manage data and reporting
Have a balance of doing things that are operational and sometimes broader and rely on soft skills of working with stakeholders

Preferred

Past experience with voice of customer/feedback programs and survey creation is not required, but a plus
Quick learners who can add value & take it further
Someone who is not afraid to push the way things are done. Add value & being a good teammate
If they come in with a background in a skillset. Having experience creating surveys or have data analysis
