Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, business development, client engagements, and events
Transform complex information into clear, visually engaging slides using graphics, data visualization, and storytelling techniques
Maintain and evolve Smithbucklin’s brand identity through consistent use of photography, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Incorporate multimedia elements — including video, animation, and motion graphics — to enhance the audience's experience
Support key initiatives such as thought leadership content, executive communications, and special event presentations
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines with polish and precision
Build and maintain a photo library for PowerPoint presentations
Develop a basic course for staff to improve their PowerPoint skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent experience
10+ years of professional PowerPoint design experience in an agency, corporate marketing, or professional services environment
A portfolio showcasing a range of high-impact presentation and design work for B2B or professional audiences created in PowerPoint. A portfolio must be submitted in order to be considered for this role
Demonstrated understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
