Bilingual Outside Sales Representative – Collision Aftermarket Division

Responsibilities
Conduct daily in-person sales visits to new and existing collision repair customers
Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with customers, shop staff and internal teams
Prospect, onboard and grow collision repair accounts within assigned territory
Promote aftermarket collision parts, programs and service offerings
Identify opportunities to increase parts penetration, stocking programs and preferred supplier relationships
Partner with store, operations and delivery teams to support customer needs and resolve issues
Execute company sales initiatives and collision-focused promotions
Schedule appointments aligned with customer production and estimating schedules
Complete a minimum of 15 in-person customer sales meetings per day
Accurately document all sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM during or immediately after each visit
Analyze call frequency and adjust routing to maximize sales productivity
Attend required sales meetings, training sessions and industry events
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience, automotive aftermarket or collision preferred
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record
Personal vehicle required
Ability to maintain a professional appearance in customer-facing environments
