This role involves ensuring smooth product flow, maintaining quality results, and collaborating with engineering and CNC teams.

Responsibilities

Create programs for TRUMPF CNC punch and press machines using TRUMPF TruTops or similar software
Review project lists daily, prioritize work based on production flow and specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Maintain organized and accurate records of programming work
Collaborate closely with engineering and CNC teams to ensure precision and quality
Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of CNC equipment when needed
Continuously look for opportunities to improve workflow, processes, and program efficiency
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations
Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as production needs arise
Support team members and participate in cross-training to strengthen team performance
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Associate degree in a related field, technical certifications, or 3–5 years of relevant experience
3–5 years' experience programming TRUMPF CNC systems (TruTops preferred)
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

Familiarity with SolidWorks, MasterCAM, or 3D modeling software (preferred)
