The Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing will lead the development and execution of Merchant engagement strategies that drive renewal, loyalty, and lifetime value across the One Park Financial Merchant journey.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the full lifecycle marketing strategy — from lead nurturing to Merchant retention and reactivation

Design and manage multi-channel programs (email, SMS, push, etc.) that deliver measurable business impact

Partner with Analytics to identify behavioral trends, segment audiences, and optimize engagement through data-driven insights

Lead the planning, testing, and optimization of automated journeys to enhance personalization and Merchant satisfaction

Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales, Product, Operations) to align lifecycle touchpoints with business goals

Manage and mentor team members to execute campaigns with excellence and consistency

Define, track, and report on KPIs including engagement, churn, LTV, and retention rates

Support the evaluation and enhancement of CRM and marketing automation tools

Required

Deep industry experience in small business funding, alternative lending, or merchant cash advance

Experience in developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies

Experience in leading planning, testing, and optimization of automated marketing journeys

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals

Experience in managing and mentoring team members

Strong understanding of KPIs including engagement, churn, LTV, and retention rates

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
