Support and maintain SAP HR configurations
Troubleshoot functional issues and manage small enhancements
Translate HR business needs into SAP solutions
Coordinate testing and production support
Qualification
Required
Strong SAP HR / HCM functional background
Experience supporting live production environments
Ability to work independently with business users
Lead-level, hands-on SAP experience in enterprise environments
Strong functional and technical experience across: SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Employee Central & Payroll, Workforce Management
Experience supporting and enhancing live SAP environments, not just project implementations
Ability to balance strategic ownership with hands-on execution
Strong business-facing and communication skills
Consultative mindset with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders
Comfortable owning an environment end-to-end, from daily support to major initiatives
Experience working alongside system integrators and managing vendor relationships
