Responsibilities
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will assist the Human Resources team with performing general clerical and reception duties
A large part of the job will include answering the phones, customer order entry, customer service, data entry, route accounting, completing reports and assisting with annual projects, filing/scanning, reporting drug screen results, placing orders for criminal background and motor vehicle reports, and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Be proficient with and enjoy detailed work
The desire to work well with your team and others
Be a self-starter and able to work without direct supervision
Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Be coachable and be willing to learn
Preferred
Manipulating/creating Excel spreadsheets
Previous experience with data entry
