Technical Program Management Support – Lifecycle Acquisition

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, program requirements, and supporting documentation for assigned exercises, experiments, and demonstration events
Track, record, and report the status of action items to ensure timely execution and accountability
Support internal office operations and business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Canvass NGA and mission partners to identify new and emerging technologies that enhance exercise, experiment, and demonstration participation
Analyze and integrate new concepts and technical capabilities into existing planning efforts
Modify and formalize new concepts, experiments, and demonstrations to ensure seamless integration into MMRI-supported exercises
Assist in developing alternatives, prototypes, evaluations, briefings, and work breakdown structures in support of office requirements and process improvement initiatives
Develop and deliver analytical studies, reports, briefings, and other written and oral communications for technical and leadership audiences
Coordinate updates and changes to internal and external websites, including SBU, SIPRNet/Copper, and NGANet
Liaise across DoD and Intelligence Community organizations to ensure alignment of GEOINT capabilities, requirements, and exercise objectives
Provide additional support functions as required to ensure efficient operation of the Systems Program Office
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance (CI Polygraph preferred)
Minimum 8 years of overall experience, including 6 years of specialized experience supporting GEOINT research and development
Demonstrated experience working across DoD or Intelligence Community organizations
Experience with general DoD and/or IC use of GEOINT
Familiarity with emerging GEOINT capabilities
Military exercise experience, including staff officer experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, GIS, Geography, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Experience applying Project Management Institute (PMI) tools and techniques
Experience advising government organizations on project tasks related to engineering, testing, integration, transition, deployment, operations, and sustainment
