Responsibilities
Drive new business deposit account activity via multiple channels including branch interactions, internal bank referrals and outside sales
Implement and maintain treasury management services across entire life cycle of customer relationship
Accurately open, update and maintain customer accounts, profiles in Jack Henry core
Responsible for daily, quarterly and annual reporting for business customers
Participate in local networking events to build relationships and grow low-cost deposits for the Bank
Support existing East Lansing branch team with exceptional customer service and cooperation
Comply with all relevant regulations and follow all bank procedures
Qualification
Required
Detailed knowledge of business deposit account opening documentation and regulations
Previous outside sales or cross-selling experience required
Detail oriented with outstanding written and spoken communication skills, including professional and timely follow-up
Must have a working knowledge of full Microsoft Office suite
Requires effective and courteous communication with customers and/or other employees using common telecommunications and computer equipment
Ability to read, examine, and organize documents
