Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional product teams across development, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales
Develop and execute product line plans, roadmaps, and lifecycle management strategies
Own and manage product line P&L, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives
Develop value propositions and sales tools to enable new and enhanced selling opportunities
Support new product development, commercialization, and launch activities
Assess market requirements, competitive threats, and business opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business with strong analytical background
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product line management, marketing, manufacturing, or engineering
Proven experience leading multi-functional teams and managing complex projects
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
Ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders
Product line strategy development and execution
Profit and loss (P&L) ownership and financial analysis
Cross-functional team leadership across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
MBA or equivalent business experience
Financial analysis and accounting experience
Experience supporting consumer electronics or advanced materials markets
Experience working with legal teams on contracts and supply agreements
Potential for growth into senior commercial leadership roles
Experience in Mobile Consumer Electronics or advanced applications markets
Demonstrated leadership presence and credibility
Ability to work independently under limited supervision
