Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients visiting the office, providing a high-quality, face-to-face sales experience
Present products and services clearly, confidently, and professionally
Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, needs assessment, proposal presentation, and closing
Follow up with prospects and active clients to maintain engagement and maximize conversion
Accurately record and update all sales activities in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience
Maintain a professional image and contribute to a positive office environment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in on-site or face-to-face sales
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Comfortable working with structured sales processes and digital tools (CRM, messaging, scheduling platforms)
Professional presence and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Preferred
Experience in consultative or solution-based sales
Background in service-based industries such as technology, healthcare, insurance, or B2B services
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
